The primary target group are practitioners (implementors of interventions aimed at protecting children from violence). Practitioners are the core target group given their critical role in the generation and use of practice-based evidence,necessary for program quality improvement.

The Hub secondary target group are researchers as co-generators of evidence; as well as policy makers and funders as users of evidence in decision making processes on prevention of violence against children in East Africa.
